Eight 1 hour sessions. Our engaging Chakra Activation Workshop teaches the basic principles & practices of tantra and navigating your self-consciousness to activate & amplify each chakra one at a time and introduce you the vibrational awareness that we know. Delve into the basic tantric principles, yoga basics and the basics of breathwork and meditation. Then we put it all together in practice and close with the full chakra activation asanas and meditation. Follow up you receive a personally completed chakra activation seminar workbook and tailored asana for your practice so you can continue the work on your own.
